K&M Linen will not sell or rent your personal information with any other party and will only use your information for the purpose of providing the products you have requested from us. We will collect your information when you either make a purchase or subscribe

to our newsletter. 

The only time your information would be disclosed would be by law, should any threats be made to K&M Linen employees or our brand.



Your information will be only used in the following manner:

  • Communicate with you to facilitate your order

  • Arrange delivery of your item(s) that you have ordered

  • Take payment for the item(s) you have purchased

  • To assist you with product choices and to keep you informed of changes to our product range or offers or specials



By using our website, you unreservedly accept these terms and conditions including our Privacy Policy and you agree that your use of our website, including any purchase of goods from us is subject to these terms. These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time

so please read them and contact us if you have any questions.



  • We will not be liable for any reason if our website is unavailable at any time.

  • You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for your own access to our website through your internet connection. 

  • You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our website through your internet connection are aware of these terms and conditions and comply with them.



We will endeavour to make sure that our products are as accurately described on our website as possible. We rely on our suppliers for information and at times there may be a slight variation on colours. The colours from screen to screen is not a fault or error.  This will be classified as a change of mind and returning items based on change of mind will be at the cost of the customer. To the extent permitted

by law, we do not warrant that the product description, colours, information or other content available or offered on our website are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. We do at all times endeavour to provide the best standard quality to our knowledge and will never send an inferior product should we be aware of its inferiority.



After you have placed an order with us, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order.  Should a product be unavailable,

we will contact you via email to confirm same and ask what options you would like to take. Once the order has been sent, the contract between yourself and K&M Linen is complete. The sale is therefore concluded in NSW.


If delivery of an order will result in unacceptably high freight charges to K&M Linen, we reserve the right to contact you to request further shipping fees or to cancel your order prior to despatch. If we cancel the order, a full refund will be provided to the customer.


We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, where we suspect fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to refuse to process or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.



All our prices on our website are in Australian dollars and include GST. All payments are processed in Australian dollars.  We accept payment using most credit cards or PayPal.



We use industry-standard encryption to keep your personal information secure throughout the payment process. We do not store your credit card or bank information. We will not be liable for any damages or losses (direct or indirect) caused if a member’s card is used fraudulently.



We are pleased to offer FREE delivery for all purchases over $200. For all purchases under $200, a flat rate of $12 per order applies. Changes made to a delivery address after placing the order will incur an additional cost. Delivery will be charged to your front door. We can offer express or registered mail however, keep in mind that the cost will be increased. 

We cannot deliver to PO boxes or Parcel lockers. It is important that you verify your information is correct before placing your order. If the address provided is incorrect and the package is returned, you will be billed for the additional shipping charges in order for the delivery

to reach you. There are no deliveries on weekends.

Due to the current pandemic situation and backlog in deliveries, we cannot guarantee a set time.



We tried our best selecting our European linen and Home Décor collection.

Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns because the customer changed their mind; we can, however, offer store credit. 
If there is a fault with the product or the size is wrong, K&M Linen will exchange or provide a refund.

There is a 14 days limit on contacting us and reporting the issue by email with photos attached. We will follow it up with either an email or phone call. 
Any items that have been washed, dry cleaned, worn or altered cannot be returned. If this should occur, refunds will be voided. 
Item(s) must be shipped to us within 14 days of delivery, be in original condition with all tags still intact, and include the original invoice.

Customers should consider products carefully before choosing because once the order has been processed, there cannot be a change of mind refund. We can, however, offer store credit. 
Allow 5-10 business days for your return to reach our warehouse. If approved, your refund will be processed as soon as possible, and we will notify you by email. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing and funds to reach your account.



Gift cards can be purchased and used within a 36 month period from the date of issue. Gift cards are not transferrable and cannot

be returned for a part or full money value. K&M Linen take no responsibility for lost or damaged gift cards, stolen or gift cards used without permission. Gift cards will not be replaced if stolen.



You must not misuse our website by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not try to get unauthorised access to our website or server on which our Website is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our website.  Whilst we will do our best to ensure a virus-free website, you acknowledge that the internet and e-commerce facilities may attract unknown contingencies out of our control. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus, system failures or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our website or to your downloading of any material posted on it.  We always recommend all internet users ensure they have up-to-date virus checking software installed.



You agree to receive communication from us electronically, either by email or us posting notices on our website.



The purpose of K&M Linen social media posts is to inspire and inform our customers and the general public of our products and new additions. You are encouraged to comment however, any offensive, abusive, threatening, hateful, profane or defamatory comments will be deleted and the author blocked.  If we have provided an error in any posts, you are welcome to contact us so we can rectify it. None of our products can be used for promotional purposes without our consent.


Any comments need to be truthful and helpful. We reserve the right to investigate and verify the validity of any reviews submitted to us.

We reserve the right to not publish or remove any ratings and reviews that we consider not to be genuine or misleading or violate our moderation policies in any way. There is to be no spam, advertising, mention of any other competitor’s products, no misleading, private information or contact details.



We shall not be responsible for any delay, suspension or failure arising out of any circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, governmental actions, shipping, postal or other relevant transport strike, postal theft, failure or accident, lockouts or other labour difficulty, war or national emergency, acts of terrorism, fire, explosion, flood, an act or omission of a third party, inability to obtain any necessary materials, equipment, facilities or services, the failure of performance provided by others, interruption

of the internet or a website (such as Facebook) or virus, accidents or breakdown of plant, machinery, software, hardware or communication network.



Please be aware that our products will be imported from Europe. The prices therefore to the customer will be dictated by what we are charged by our suppliers plus all import duties. In Australia, we also have to charge GST. There will be no negotiation on products. We will, however have seasonal sales for our customers of which everyone will be notified.



These terms and conditions including our Privacy Policy are governed by the laws of NSW, Australia and are subject to non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW. Our website is available only to people who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law.
